San Fran provides several theme options including a few color schemes to pick from. Typography is powered by Google Web Fonts and customizable via the color schemes stylesheets. San Fran is designed in a childable way, meaning you can easily create a child theme to override some of the output options or add a couple of new color schemes at your taste.
